Erica Barshay is a compassionate and driven registered nurse with nearly 17 years of professional experience in healthcare and a total of 20 years in the field. Licensed in Florida, Erica began her nursing career in New York, working in a gastroenterologist’s office before transitioning to a major hospital in Brooklyn. There, she cared for critical patients on progressive care and step-down units. After starting a family, she shifted her focus to home care, serving as a nurse case manager, home care nurse, and on-call supervisor.

Transition to Wellness & Entrepreneurship

In 2021, Erica and her family relocated to Florida, where she discovered her passion for holistic care. She advanced her expertise as a Wellness Specialist, focusing on IV therapy, vitamin injections, peptides, and medical weight loss. This experience led her to establish her own wellness spa, where she works alongside her husband as her business partner. Erica is deeply committed to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being through personalized care.

Outside of her professional life, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading. Her passion for holistic wellness stems from her belief that true health starts from within.
