Cancellation requests made via phone, text, voicemail, or to employees are not valid. Processed charges are non-refundable. Failure to provide sufficient notice or cancel within the commitment period may affect future eligibility.

You’ll have 30 days from cancellation to use any remaining benefits or gift them to a friend or family member — because great care is meant to be shared.

Should you decide to return within 90 days of cancellation, your previously forfeited benefits will be fully reinstated. Reactivation is subject to availability and current subscription terms at the time of your request.

Unused IV treatments roll over monthly, with a maximum of 6 banked sessions at any time. Each unused session expires 6 months from the date it was issued. This encourages consistent wellness habits while offering the flexibility our valued clients.

To upgrade or adjust your membership, simply submit your request via email or speak directly with one of our registered nurses during your visit.

A new membership agreement will be issued, and your 6-month commitment will reset from the date of the change to ensure continued access to premium benefits and care.
